  • Fee also depends on the size of the company and how much prior year data that is needed to transfer as well as analyzing previous account methods used.

  • Customize chart of accounts, customer and vendor lists

  • Set up employees and vendors

  • Support provided for 30 days

QBO CLEAN UP PACKAGE 

$397.00 (One time quarterly fee)

  • This is a service provided to companies who either handle their own bookkeeping. An analytical clean up will be given for the purposes of saving time and money come tax time.

  • Financial reports review for accuracy

  • Chart of accounts review checking to see if any transactions need to be reclassified.

  • Balance verification on all accounts (includes credit card account)

  • Review fixed asset purchases and properly recorded

Any additional bookkeeping work will be billed at $97.00 per hour
This would include any clean up work, temporary work outside the scope of the contracted packages. 
 

 Onsite services will be billed on an hourly basis 

 QBO setup is the online version only this does not include desktop version
